Roll Construction:
The magnetic roll separators incorporated in our machines have been specially designed and developed to generate exceptionally high magnetic field and gradient. The rolls which are built using rare earth Nd-Fe-B are manufactured to very low dimensional tolerances.
Drive Motor:
Can be constant or variable speed according to the capacity and the range of separation.

Permanent Magnetic Lifter

Lifting Magnet Powered by strongest NdFeB Permanent Magnet and with our unique design, our lifter has below features: Small and most compact.

No need of electricity and no dangerous from sudden cut off of electricity. No damage to contacting surface of lifted objects.

The position of magnetism on/off switch is secured by a BUTTON.

With a V shape slot through the center of holding surface, both round and flat steel objects can be lifted. Safety Factor of all types is 3.5 Minimum.

Powder Separator
